From the beginning we sought the concept of cohabitation, of sharing space.

The design of the building favors coexistence, not only between neighbors of the same building but among neighbors of the neighborhood.

Private spaces are organized around the common areas of the building, facilitating interaction between users. These private spaces allow different distributions to adapt to the needs of each user thanks to their structure and flexibility.

On the ground floor there is a communal equipment which along the common space of the basement plant connects the building with the outside space.

Following the PassivHaus criteria and next to a structure of CLT, a building of almost null consumption is obtained.
