The Ubaga Bar is a synthesis between nature and its interpretation, applied to the elaboration of high cuisine pintxos.
Understanding the kitchen as a process of transformation of the raw material to different dishes, we wanted to transfer this idea to the conception of space. To do this we turn to wood, an ubiquitous materiality throughout the environment, working it in a way that shows its true essence in a contemporary way. We managed to create a setting where the Ubaga Bar kitchen could continue to develop.
